Being a donor to Sailing Together for Smiles means covering all or part of the free boat outings for children and teens with long-term physical, mental, intellectual or sensory disabilities and for kids from low-income families: the transportation, snacks and logistics that let a family enjoy an unforgettable day on Lake Ilopango.
Your donation is voluntary, you choose the amount, and it has nothing to do with the price of HYDROFUN's services. Pick whichever option is easiest for you.
Fill out the donation form and choose your amount and payment method (bank transfer, Chivo Wallet in USD or BTC, Zelle or card). We'll email you a receipt.
Leave a cash donation when you visit Parque Apulo – El Faro. The HYDROFUN team will log it and hand you a receipt on the spot.
Booking a tour? You can add any amount you like to your booking total. There's no VAT on it, and it goes straight to the program.
Whichever way you give, your donation is recorded in the program's weekly account statement.

On top of donations from the public, HYDROFUN donates to the program every week. The company sets the amount using an internal formula and deposits it every Monday or Tuesday. You can see it on the Sailing Together for Smiles page, under the Current Status tab, in the HYDROFUN Contribution box and in the Account Statement table (under HYDROFUN Contribution).
